Program Your Control Valve

Setting the Time:

    Hold Down Set Button for 5 Seconds.  Your will see Hour Flashing.    

    Using Up/Down Button Set Hour.  

    Watch for PM indicator.  On for P.M. / Off for A.M.   

    Now Press Set Button 

    You will see minutes flashing.  Set minutes using Up/Down Arrows

    Now Press Set Button 

    Time is Set.

 Hold Set & Up Button for 5 Seconds.  

The time you see will be 2:00 a.m. which is the default time with the 2 Flashing.

To change Hour Use Up/Down Buttons to set hour desired.  

Press Set Button one time to move to Minutes.  

Use Up/Down arrows to adjust desired minutes.

Press Set Button one time to move to Days Before Backwash. 

Default setting is 4 days.  This is very important. 

Moving to longer times can effect the performance of the system.  

We recommend 4 days on this setting

There is a watch battery on the inside that keeps the time when power goes out so when power comes on the date and time are still the same and backwash schedule will resume.  If you miss a backwash because of power outage it's ok. This system will keep working with out power for a few years with no backwash but it is the back wash that allows the filter to last 15 years or more.

We recommend replacing this battery every 2 years. pull the clips at the side out and gently pull cover off to access the battery. Replace battery and put cover back on till it clips in place.
